Lightning Ball

Description: After forming only two handsigns, one charges Raiton chakra into one's hand. Eventually, a small ball of lightning will form in the user's palm. The ball can then be shoved into an opponent's body, shocking them and also thrusting them backwards with great force. The ball of electricity can be thrown, but it loses most of its power - only remaining as a shell for the lightning. A thrown Lightning Ball still inflicts electric damage.

Raiton: Hiraishin (Lightning Style: Sparking Needle)

Description: Hiraishin is a Ninjutsu utilizing the Lightning Element. After coming into physical contact with her opponent, the user will raise her arm into the air. He/she will then generate a bolt of electricity which will travel through his/her body into the body of her opponent.

Jibashiri (Earth Flash)

Description: After the user soaks his/her opponent with water (by Suiton jutsu or by other means), this jutsu will unleash an electric current that will run through the water and into the opponent.

Raiton Bunshin no Jutsu (Lighting Clone Jutsu)

Description: One performs several handseals and then creates a clone, a shell for lightning chakra. The appearance of this clone is the exact same as the user - except for one thing. This clone can detonate and release a blast of lightning upon exploding. The user simply needs to exert a little chakra to blow up the clone, but it takes a lot more to actually make the clone.

Raiton: Inazuma no Jutsu (Lightning Style: Lightning Bolt Jutsu)

Description: After performing several handseals, the user charges electrical chakra into their fingertips. After a few moments of charge time, the user can then release the energy and allow the chakra to burst forth, sending small bolts of lightning at a specific target.

Gian (False Darkness)

Description: After releasing his black Lightning elemental from the body, the user will release a strong bolt of electricity from his mouth. This strong attack can be defended against by a B-Rank Lightning attack or a C-rank Wind jutsu.

Rairo no Jutsu (Lightning Wolf Jutsu)

Requires: Lightning Element
Description: After forming handseals, one emits his/her chakra and summons a wolf of pure lightning from the other world. The wolf charges at the opponent and explodes upon contact. A bolt of lightning connects the user to the wolf, so it cannot stray too far.

Description: After performing a long string of handsigns, the user raises his fists to the sky. Black clouds with lightning bolts form soon after, and a giant bolt of lightning pierces the sky and strikes the user. The bolt can then be redirected with the hands towards an opponent, sending a deadly bolt of electricity at the target.

Kaminari no Yari (Lightning Spear)

Requires: Lightning Element
Description: The user performs several handseals and then extends his arms outward. By creating Raiton chakra in both hands, a bolt of lightning will spark between the hands in a straight line. The lightning can be charged up and change into the appearance of a long pole of lightning. This spear can be thrown much like a javelin or a bolt of lightning, or can be used as a melee weapon. It only lasts roughly ten seconds, so the spear has to be used rather quickly before it runs out of chakra to burn.

Kirin

Description: Kirin is a Ninjutsu developed out of the original Chidori technique. The jutsu creates a powerful rising air current, which in turn generates thunderclouds. The user will then form lightning in his/her hands and raise the arms to the heavens. This will allow him/her to channel the lightning down upon a target. Because the user is merely channeling the naturally created lightning, he/she is able to utilize a power greater than what a ninja could create with their own elemental chakra. Because this is also natural lightning, it will travel more quickly than any ninja could dodge. Upon calling down the lightning, it will create a powerful impact with a large amount of destruction.

Jigokuzuki (Hell Thrust)

Description: The ultimate Raiton nin/taijutsu mix. After charging one's body with electrical chakra, the user can focus all of his chakra into his fingertips. When used in conjuction with speed and power, the attack can break through nearly any defense. The fewer the fingers used in the jab, the higher the power of the attack. This attack uses an extreme amount of chakra, so it is not advised to use more than once in a fight - and even then as only a last resort.
