Upon returning from his exploits with Aiko and Rikuo, Wysal felt more than tired and wanted nothing more than to relax and reflect on what had happened and what he had learned. Though he was unable to find out any real answers concerning his own past and exactly what had happened between his last night in the Hidden Mist Village and the time he woke up in the Konohagakure hospital. Despite not having found the answers he was looking for, he had still ben grateful for the experience, since not only had he gained some new experience in the field and grown stronger, but he had met two knew people in the foreign land known as the Land of Fire.

Thankful for the opportunity to branch out and explore some of the area outside of Konohagakure's confining walls, Wysal was once again given the opportunity to feel free and spread his wings so to speak. It was the same way he had felt within the hospital; confined at first but free as a bird once he made his escape into the outside world and took a deep breath in of the fresh air.

Upon returning to the village, he passed through the gate and aimed himself toward the darkness of the nearby foliage in an attempt to find some rest and solitude in order to recover; both mentally and physically from the recent adventure. As he moved slowly toward the shade, the sun continued to bake his skin with every step, his heavy black apparel causing him to work up a sweat.

Just as he was about to make it to the edge of the shadow and enter into the small wooded alcove, a little old lady caught his peripheral and he paused.

"Excuse me son, but would you mind helping an old woman pull her weeds? They've gotten a little out of control and my back isn't so good these days.."

Wysal stood quietly, breathing in and out and thinking about the request the old woman had asked of him. After a few moments of contemplating the task and looking at the tall weeds that surrounded the old woman's small home and practically hid the small house from view altogether; Wysal decided that it wouldn't be too hard a task and would definitely help this sweet old gal out. It was the least he could do, and besides; it would give him a chance to take his time and relax doing the simple chore.

A short time passed and Wysal exhaled heavily into the air, stopping in his work and stretching his arms over head. As he paused and looked up at the hot sun, which was still beating down on his black clothing he looked over toward the wooded area and longed for the shade. Another half hour or so and he would be finished with the small task and the old lady would be able to not only enter her home without hiking through a weed jungle, but spot it from a distance when coming home from her trip to the market place.

Finally finishing the task, Wysal looked upon the completed job and nodded his head subtly in approval. He picked the belongings he had set aside during his work and dusted himself off as he prepared to move back into the darkness and find a place to rest.

Just as he was about to disappear into the shade, he heard the old woman's voice calling out to him once more and he paused.

"Sonny, wait just a minute! I couldn't let you just leave without payment after doing such a great job!"

Wysal stood quietly, turning his gaze to the old woman as she approached him slowly with a rectangular-shaped wooden box in her hands. As she reached him, she held the box up to him; presenting it as a gift with a smile on her wrinkled old face.

The black clad shinobi bowed softly and took the box in both hands, accepting the gift respectfully and thanking the woman.

"Thank you" replied Wysal as he bowed again to the old woman and watched her turn away with a smile, walking back to her house with an extra skip in her step.

As he turned away again and disappeared into the shade he couldn't help but wonder, what was inside the box.
