[Rikuo Namikaze]

Rikuo had to admit he was glad that he had been able to distract the library in so he could slip into the higher ranked Section of the ninja library and he was able to grab a few high ranked scrolls and copy them so that he could begin training with them. Rikuo smiled as he went around his house getting ready for his day of training and learining a knew Jutsu he couldn't help but smile.

Rikuo went around his room grabing what he needed first he showred and got dressed then he ate quickly before tossing what he would need into his bag. Rikuo smiled as he looked down at the necklace Kari had given him he smiled as the light caught it causing the yellow to seem to glow before he let it hang back around his neck and made his way to the door.

Rikuo smiled as he made his way towards the door so he could head to the training ground and begin learning to use the Jutsu that he had chosen for today. Rikuo was glad that he had found a few new Wind jutsu's that he could use and the fact that it was a high level only added to his excitment about the Jutsu. Rikuo had to admit he didn't really have a lot of Jutsu that he could rely on in battle and he looked towards trying to fix that problem. Rikuo was glad that he was a wind element but it also had a down side for him In the land of fire wind was rare to find in a ninja and as such their weren't that many with it.

But this would not weaken Rikuo's resolve as he would still master every jutsu that he could get his hands on so that he could become strogner to reach his goal. Rikuo smiled as he made his way towards the training ground to begin.

Rikuo smiled as he made his way towards the training ground but it turned into a slight frown as he made his way their. He wouldn't be able to spend time with Kari today as she still hadn't returned from the mission she had gone on with Aiko and another boy. She had asked him nicely not to allow his over protectivnes to get in the way and though it had been a bit of a strugle he had stood down. He hoped that she and Aiko would be alright though she had said that it was a simple mission they were going on but Rikuo knew all it took was one thing for a mission to change rank in a instant.

Rikuo held his hands behind his head as he navigate the streets of the Leaf village avoiding people and the stares he recived mostly from girls as they noitced the lack of Kari. Rikuo ignored most of them as he made his way to the training ground. As he arrived he gave the area a once over before he smiled it was time to get to work.

Rikuo quickly set up what he needed to begin his training and placed his backpack against the same log that he always used to keep it in one spot before he pulled the scroll of the jutsu out of it. Rikuo sat on the log and opened it so he could beging reading the jutsu. The one he had chosen was a long range wind jutsu that when used produced a slicing torrent of wind in a funnel shape at an opponent. The Jutsu was deadly but it had a side effect and that was the number of handseals that the jutsu needed in order for it to be used this left the user open to attack which is why the jutsu could only be used at long range for it to be effective against an enamey in battle.

Rikuo sat on the log reading over the jutsu he wanted to make sure he got this right as the last thing that he wanted was to somehow mess up and get sent to the hospital. As if he was their and Kari needed help he wouldn't be able to go to her aid but what was more likely was that she would get back from her mission find out he was their and why and then after waiting for him to heal send him back for being reckless and scareing her. Rikuo sighed yes sometimes she was as overprotective as he was but he didn't mind he was so use to having no one to look out for him that this made for a nice change. And it being some one as pretty as Hikari was an added bounes to him he smiled as he kept reading the jutsu was going to be fun.

Rikuo closed the scroll as he reached the end of it he was ready to begin his warm up before he began his jutsu training to master the Jutsu so he would be ready to use it while in the field or if he met that bandit leader again. Rikuo clenched his fist he didn't like how that guy had toyed with them sending a clone to deal with them and the only reason he had been caught was because he had underestmatied them and Rikuo swore he wouldn't let that happen the next time they met. Rikuo would force him to face him as an equal and then Rikuo would beat the holy hell out of him for taunting them with his water clone. He was pretty sure that both Kari,Zephy and Aiko agreed with him as far as their thoughts on the leader they had faced. Though he had to admit it was cool how Kari had caught him with her clans bloodline and he though that it had been cool. He knew their were people who didn't feel this way he remembred one girl had told Kari as much but Rikuo didn't care she was Kari and he loved her for her not her bloodline.

Rikuo quickly began his warm up and started by running laps around the training ground to help get his blood flowing for when he would start trying to use the jutsu. As Rikuo ran around the training ground his mind wandered to his current sitiuation and he couldn't help but frown slightly as he thought over his lack of a team. Rikuo wa aware that out of his current freinds and his Girlfreind that he was the only one who hadn't been placed on a squad this mean that their was a good chance that he wouldn't be able to take place in the Chunin exams and it limited the type of missions he could take. Rikuo pushed this thoughts to the back of his mind as it wouldn't do well to dwell on them though he didn't like the thought of everyone he knew leaveing him behind as they all moved up through the ranks while he was left as a Genin. Rikuo shook his head to clear it of this thought as his run came to a close.

Rikuo made his way back to the center of the training ground and began doing some push ups at first he used both of his arms before he switched to useing only one of each. He knew that as a ninja you should always be ready at being able to throw with the same force and accracey with both of his hands seemed like a pretty damn good skill to have. Rikuo quickly fliped himself so he was on his back and began to do some sit ups he knew that if his body wasn't fit he wouldn't be able to use his speed the way that he wanted and that his endurance would suffer for it. Rikuo kept warming up with streatchs and a few other workouts before he used some of the training dummys to practice a few of his Clans Katas on. Once he was done with those Rikuo was ready to begin warming up using chakra control to get his network ready.

Rikuo made his way over to the smallpond on that the training ground had almost every training ground was the same and all could be used for a diffrent type of training Rikuo like this one because it was a ninjutsu training ground and was built to handle elemental jutsu as such it had a body of water. Rikuo steped onto the water makeing sure to channle chakra to his feet so that he could stand on the surface of the water and then he began to run laps on the surface of the lake. Rikuo did this to helphis concentration and to slowly incress his chakra reserves so that he could use more jutsus before he got tired. Rikuo had to admit it was fun running on the water as it was cool and the sound of the ripples made by his foot landing on the sirface was calming. Rikuo couldn't help but smile as he made his way back over to dry land he was finaly ready to give the Jutsu he had picked out a try.

Rikuo walked over to his back pack and picked it up and set it on top of the log before he opened it and began to look inside it for one of the bottle of waters he brought with him and took a quick drink from it before he replaced the top and set it down. He picked up the scroll he had been reading before and gave it a quick look over before he would begin working on the jutsu. He wanted to get this down so that he could move onto others and the stronger he made his base element the more he could use it for and Rikuo felt that was a good thing as Wind was know to be an attack element and Rikuo could use that to his advantage in combat and Rikuo lookedforward to that. Rikuo quickly set the scroll down and moved to the center of the field so that he could make his first atempt at the Jutsu.

Rikuo took a deep breath as he got ready to begin using the Jutsu he relased that breath and took another slightly deeper before realeasing it as well so that his lungs would be ready for when he tired to use the jutsu. Rikuo was well aware that it wasn't that hard for a ninja to hurt them self by not being ready to use the jutsu. Rikuo took a deep breath and realsed it he had to get himself ready for the wind jutsu Rikuo took another deep breath and began to fly through the handseals that the Jutsu needed and began to infuse the wind in his lungs with chakra so that the jutsu would be ready. Rikuo couldn't help but mentaly smile as he could feel the air become inriched with chakra Rikuo was ready and with a slight toss of his head threw it forward.

Rikuo threw his head forward and with a shout of the Jutsus name and the ending of the handseals that the jutsu needed before he released the breath and send out a powerful blast of Wind. As soon as the Jutsu left his lips it went tearing forward with it's aim being to destroy the trees and targets that Rikuo had chosen for it's first victems. Rikuo had to adimt that it was scarey watching the funnle shaped slicing torrent of wind race towards the trees and cut them to ribbions and Rikuo watched as it up rooted a few of them and tossed them aside with ease. Rikuo blinked a few times at the damage he had done and couldn't help but be awed a little by it but he quickly gained control over it and ran over to his backpack.

Rikuo grabbed his bag and tossed his scroll into it before he made his way towards the entrance to the training ground Rikuo was on his way home as he didn't want to be here when the maintance division showed up to check on the training grounds and for them to yell at him when they had to fix the trees. Rikuo sighed as he used the rooftops to move quickly and droped down infront of his favorit raman stand to eat after he had learned the jutsu he couldn't help but smile as he sat down and ordered a Miso Raman he was a step closer to reacheing the his goal of Hokage true it was a very small step but it was a step.
