Chakra Consumption:C-Ranked Chakra use when only used to transport the Jutsu user. Requires A-Ranked Chakra Consumption to Transport more then one Person or an Object along side the user.

Description:The Flying Thunder God Technique is a technique created by Minato Namikaze which allows the user to transport themselves to a marked location in the blink of an eye. To activate this technique, the user needs a special seal or "technique formula"to mark the destination. After this is done, the user enters a dimensional void that instantaneously transports themselves to the location of the seal. The technique can create smoke, similar to a Summoning Technique, but that is not always the case.

Though the Jutsu is very effective it can be countered if the Enamy knows what to look for by simply avoiding or destorying the Tri pronged Kunai that are used to help make the Jutsu function. The seals can also be placed directly on the target that they wish to attack however these normaly only last for as long as they remain on the target and can be removed with some ease. (The seal Lasts for one of the jutsu users posts after the Post it was placed on)Once removed the seal must be replaced by the user in order to target them again this is why the Kunai are the prafered meathod of use.
