Description: When a mysterious man started to murder random people, the Hokage, Danzou, was having a hard time keeping everyone peaceful in the Village. Not only that, now the latest victim had a note pinned on her: it stated a lot of paper bombs were everywhere around the village. The mission is simple: find and capture the guy, dead or alive, and find all the paper bombs before he sets them off. BEWARE: the killer may have a high Jounin level of power, and he is sure to have high Chunin or low Jounin-level minions.

Actually the Second A Jounin level Ninja appers on a Mission it's Bumbed up to an A Rank no matter what Just look at when the Demon Brothers showed up the Second two Chunin's showed up the Mission became an A Rank for Naruto and them So having back up would Probaly have this Mission Bordering on an S-Rank
