These clones are made of crystal, Clones made by this technique are also able to deceive Byakugan users because of the reflective nature of the clone. However by focusing their sight this can be circumvented.

[Hikari Mi]

The morning sun was bright as Hikari was sitting up in her bed rubbing her eyes and yawning. Over the past few days she was able to rest up seeing as nothing too vigirous had tangled with her. Today however, was going to be a long day.

Hikari jumped out of bed laying her clothes out before shifting her hair, that was everywhere, out of her face so her eyes could see. She then grabbed her clothes and headed for the shower, a long one would let her bones relax and fade away any stress that was present.

After emerging from the shower and full dressed her bathroom door would open to her brushing her teeth after washing her face. Those bright blue eyes would look in the mirror smiling a bit to herself. The jutsu she was going to learn today required her using 'mirrors'. Rikuo wasn't able to help her since he was on a mission, so why not get stronger while he gained experience?

[Hikari Mi]

Finishing her self grooming Kari cleaned up in the bathroom before shutting the light off. Her feet would guide her back to her bedroom where she would make her bed then sit infront of her mirror beside it and grab her brush. It took while for her to get her hair so smooth and glowing. Kari readied her brush and began the tedious count to 100 brush stroke.

"One..two..three.."

Not a strand of hair would be missed while the brush worked its way from the beginning of her head to the end of her hair. After about ten minutes she reached the last 3 numbers that had to be counted.

"Ninety-eight, nintey-nine, one hundred.."

The brush was set back to its orginal place as her hair swished while Kari stood up and headed down the stairs. It was a bit too quiet this morning, her father had already left to tend to the shop. That much she knew, but where was her mother? Upon closer inspection a note on the table had been left for her.

'My little water lilly, I have gone to help your father with the shop since he went out to find more materials for weapons. I will be home later tonight. Make sure you lock the house up if you are leaving today!

Mom'

The note would be left on the counter in the kitchen while Hikari made her way to the fridge and began to fix her something to eat. A few eggs and some rice would be a nice meal this morning. Kari had inherited the gift of cooking from her mother. That much wasn't new seeing as Rikuo along with Aiko and Zephyr loved her cooking.

With the rice and eggs done Kari would clean up her dishes she used and sit at the table eating at her own pace. There wasn't really a rush to get things done today. The more time she spent training and running errands the shorter the day seemed. Which meant the quicker Rikuo would return home along with Aiko. In her mind Kari wished that everything was going well with the two. Their stories of their missions were pretty interesting to her. So when they always came back Kari always met them at the front gate.

Finishing her food Kari chugged down her beverage washed the remaining dishes and locked the house up heading to her fathers shop. Which was just right around the block from here.

Before even getting around the corner of her street where their home resided a falcon fly low and perched itself on her should after dropping a school into her hand.

"Hm? Whats this? Mom told you to bring it to me didn't she?"

The falcon was her mothers, no one else in the village used him. Maybe because of the instant animal human bond they shared. The scroll was the details of the jutsu Kari was trying to learn today. Her mother must've found it in the shop waiting for her and decided to cut Kari some time off going and retreiving it herself.

When the falcon wouldn't move or go back to her mom Kari laughed, looks like he would stay put with her today. It happened on occasion when it delivered something to her. He always wanted to tag along. Kari wouldn't complain though it was nice to have extra company. Even if it was an animal.

[Hikari Mi]

Hikari would cross the bridge to the other side of Konoha that headed outside the village gates. People would be walking by with their families, friends, kids, etc. The Falcon gracfully flying beside her would catch a few people attention seeing as that wasnt very normal around here.

At the gate though Kari would see an old friend yet new rival Airi and her group of friends. Airi would look at her briefly before turning back to their sensei as if they did not know eachother. It bothered Kari a bit to be honest..how could someone who use to hold you up suddenly abandon you thinking you abandoned them.

There wasn't much she could do about it right now, Airi would come to her if the girl felt like patching things up. Besides it was just Airi that had a problem with her. Airi's parents still loved and talked to Hikari whenever they had seen her.

A sudden cry could be hear beside her ear and looking over it would be known that it was no other than the falcon snapping her back into reality. With a smile Kari sped up a bit to the training grounds.

"Thanks, we should get going.."

[Hikari Mi]

Leaving that gate with the Falcon flying a little ways ahead Hikari began to think about how to perform this jutsu with ease. Even though it was part one of her day her heart felt as if there was so much more for her to figure out. Looking up at the sky the clouds began to form over the sun. This would be the first time that rain had came in a while.

Before knowing it they had arrived at the training grounds. Today for once she would stay by the gate, that way if it raining she could run to the village quicker. The Falcon had took its perch on a nearby tree watching its masters daughter.

Hikari had cleared her mind from outside problems and began to form the needed handseals. Ram...Dog...Monkey..

Feeling her Chakra start to flow quicker her ears picked up on hearing the crystals start forming.

[Hikari Mi]

The snowflake began to form in midair causing Hikari to stand and look at her work. Her reflection was there no doubt about that. Making a few more couldn't hurt would it?

That was when the first rain drop had hit the mirror as it slipped its way down towards the ground having gravity do its work. It would start to drizzle a bit so stopping training wouldn't be necessary at the moment. However Hikari tried making the Falcon go home but it look at her as if she was stupid.

"Go home! Before you get sick!...stupid animal.."

Hearing it screech at her words Hikari winced then laughed a little forgetting it understood human speech.

"Alright, alright. I am sorry."

Now it was time to focus back on making these mirrors.

[Hikari Mi]

Hikari would repeat the handseals about five more times until six snowflake mirrors aligned beside one another. The rain was still light even as the darker clouds began rolling in. This was good..very good.

From the first mirror to the last Kari would inspect every one of them having her reflection seem to inspect her. The process was easy to her, Kari was always a quick learner when it came to techniques.

Maybe that was why she was at the top of her class in the academy. Kari would then pull out the scroll and get to ready and studying the second part before closing it up and tossing it into the air.

The Falcon would take flight catching it and flapping its wings heading back into the direction of the village and back to the tool shop her mother was at.

"I had a feeling thats what it was waiting for."

[Hikari Mi]

Kari watched the Falcon until it wasn't able to be seen anymore. He'd find his way back to her mom, it always did. She would then look over to her work that was still standing and release all but five mirrors making them evaporate until only one was left.

All six weren't needed. Kari just needed to make sure that in a bind or whatever she was more than capable of creating another mirror. The day had just started it had to be at least noon, everything was going much faster than expected..which wasn't necessarily a good thing.

Her mind wanted to focus on training though her heart wanted to not be bothered by anything and wait for her boyfriend to comeback.

"Puppy love is what you guys have"

Kari's ice blue eyes would roll at the flashback when her father said they had puppy love. Ever since meeting Rikuo at the park her mind seemed to focus more on her training and keeping up with him. In a way he was her rival, which was a good thing to her.

[Rikuo Namikaze]

Rikuo couldn't help but smile as he moved across rooftops heading towards a training ground now normaly this would be a common sight for people to see the young Namikaze heading to go and learn something new but today was diffrent Rikuo was heading to go and see his girl friend and maybe help her train a little if she was in need of help. Rikuo had found out were she was from her mother when he had asked after getting back and wanting to vist her but had found that she wasn't home and on his way to head to his own house had run into her mother who had told him what she was up to. Rikuo had hurried home and grabed his back pack so that he could carry it and a few things to help Kari with her training and Rikuo had to admit it was fun tracking her but he had a slight grin as he landed in a tree near were she was training and at first simply watched using the tree as cover so he could see what she was up to at first.

Rikuo blinked when he saw her jutsu he had to admit that it was cool how she used her crystal to make mirrors and he wondered what she could do with them in a fight he had to admit he found it intresting but he figured that he could always ask her later or spar against her and find out first hand though the second option seemed like it might be slightly painful to him so he would at least try the first one. Rikuo smiled and jumped out of the tree that he was in and landed in the clearing behind his girl freind and sat on a nearby log watching Kari work before with a large grin on his face he waved to her "Hi their Hime did ya miss me? Rikuo said this smileing to his girl friend before he noticed that it seemed that she wasn't done yet so he decided to ask. "So what ya up to Kari-Chan looks like your busy"

[Hikari Mi]

Kari would try to concentrate but start to feel a presence come even more closer to her. She would pull out a Kunai and stay still until hearing a very familiar voice. Turning around and seeing his large grin this time and not his hair, Kari would run to him and hug him tightly happy to even see him back now.

"Well, I just mastered the jade mirror technique, now I am working on phase two. Crystal clones, these are much harder to eliminate, a heavy blow or two would shatter them. Also, the only way you can tell they are fact is if you focus their vision on something."

She stood there after pulling away from him and helping him stand up seeing as she knocked him down from the force of the hug. Looking over at the mirror suspended in the air Kari jogged back over to it standing in front of it.

"I'll show you what I mean."

Two hand signs were needed but before she did the horse, and ram the girl looked over at her boyfriend. Good thing he came at the right time, help was something that was needed right now. Rikuo was always a perfect canidate.

"Can you stand over there on the other side? Make a clone please too."

[Rikuo Namikaze]

Rikuo couldn't help but smile as he landed and had noticed that it looked like she was getting ready for a fight he had to admit that it was nice to see that even inside of the village she was ready to defend herself not that Rikuo had ever doubted this and he couldn't help but laugh when she turned and saw him. Well at least he was laughing before the air was taken from his lungs from her tackle hug he had to admit she may have been smaller then him but when she was moveing it was like takeing a wind Jutsu in the chest.

Rikuo smiled to her when they landed on the ground from her tackleing him and he looked down at her and leaned forward giveing her a soft kiss on the forhead before she got off of him and helped him up from his back as she told him what she was up to. Rikuo had to admit he was happy that she was able to learn another jutsu for her bloodline and he was happy that he would be one of the first people to see it and he couldn't help but bounce up and down a little but when she looked at him he gulped slightly as when ever she gave him that look and a jutsu was involved it normaly involved Rikuo being a human target for something and when she asked him to stand somewere he couldn't help but sigh slightly as he jumped over to were she wanted him. "Alrighty then Hime i'll be your Human target but you own me" Rikuo said this with a playful grin as he landed were she wanted him.

Rikuo rubbed his shoulder slightly as he got ready before makeing the hand seals that he needed and the clone that Kari wanted for the Jutsu that she was about to use and he gave his clone a sympathtic look as he didn't really know what was about to happen to his clone friend but for some reason he felt bad about it.

[Hikari Mi]

"Oh Rikuo, you know you're not my target..just my training buddy!"

Hikari smiled lightly at him and looked at the clones that were created by him. They looked very identical almost good enough to make her believe they were actually him. After a few moments her petite body shifted a little over to the right side of the snowflake mirror executing Horse, and Ram handsigns perfectly.

Just then a spitting image of Hikari moved in the mirror pushing its way out as if Kari was standing in front of the mirror for a reflection. The clone climbed out of the mirror and stood by her original self smiling. Kari would release the handseals only needing one to be made before standing up straight and grinning widely.

"You like it?! I just learned how to do it while you were gone! Can't even tell its a clone can you?"

Knowing what was neck Kari didn't feel like she had to say anything really. Her clone in a sudden burst of speed rushed over towards his and started drawning back a punch to hit it.

[Rikuo Namikaze]

Rikuo couldn't help but blink at what he saw when se praformed her jutsu he had to admit that it was impresive and he kinda wished that he could make a clone like that or at least a soild one after all the clone he made was just an Image it couldn't really help him in a fight and after a single hit it vanished. Rikuo had this train of thought for a bit and when she was ready with her clone Rikuo and his clone both clapped. "Nice Kari-chan that's a really cool jutsu that you have their and no it's hard to tell the diffrance between you and the clone and if I adn't watch you make it I would probaly think you had a twin"

Rikuo smiled at this and when Kari was ready his feet slowly moved apart into his Taijutsu stance so that he could be ready for when she attacked and he didn't have to wait long as Kari's clone charged in a burst of speed aimming for his own Clone and Rikuo didn't do anything to stop it as when she was about halfway there his Clone vanished haveing served it's purpose and Rikuo made a lone Tiger hand Seal before breathing deeply and shotting his head forward exhaleing the breath he had taken. Fuuton:Fuujin no Jutsu (Dust Cloud Jutsu)

Rikuo said this shooting out the Dark smog like Substance which covered him and the area around him blocking him from Kari's sight as he did a quick Shunshin to get around Kari with out her begin able to track his movements due to the Smog and the Chakra inside of it which blocked the users from sight. Rikuo appered in one of the trees around the area without makeing a sound and used the leaves to concle him from sight as he began to plan how to face Kari now that she could make clones. The Clones put Rikuo at a slight disadvantge as long as she had Chakra to make them she could keep him out numbred she could use them to Sub with her self to avoid attacks and he wouldn't know untill he hit them while his own clones were just After images they weren't soild and Vanished after a single attack they couldn't fight only move and dodge and that's were they would have to be helpful. Rikuo waited and watched looking for Kari's next move

[Hikari Mi]

Kari would smile widely but then frown as he inhaled quickly. Nothing good was going to come from this at all. Most likely knowing Rikuo this was used as a escape route fror him. Bad thing was that she was unable to see what he was doing or where she went. As the dust cloud subsided there she stood right in the same spot before while her clone stood where his once was.

"If I was Rikuo where would I be..."

Snapping her finger Kari would grin widely getting her clones attention and eyeing the tree Rikuo was in. For some reason she had a radar when it came to finiding her boyfriend. Her clone nodded and ran towards the tree kicking the tree with her leg causing it to shake while leaves fell off. Hoping the shake would make him come out the tree the clone continued until he got out.

[Rikuo Namikaze]

Rikuo watched as Kari and her clone lost sight of him and he couldn't help but smile at least one part of his plan was going the way he wanted it too now all he had to do was some how come up with a way to win this fight. Rikuo watched as the cloud from his Jutsu vanished and he made sure to watch both Kari and he clone in case they made any movements that could be aimed at him. Rikuo had to admit that he was slighty nervous about this match Kari could probaly make more then one of those things at a time and they were made from her Crystal Release which meant that they were probaly pretty tough to try and fight and Punching them would probaly be pretty painful.

Rikuo blinked when Rikuo noticed Kari's clone charge towards the tree that he was in and he had to admit he found it alarming that she had been able to track him down as fast as she did but he wasted no time in thinking about this and his hand went into his weapon pouch and he pulled two Kunai with Explosive tags on them and threw them towards her clone and as the almost reached Rikuo began to do a few hand signs and breathed in deeply again as the Tags went off causing a large explosion Rikuo exhaled his Jutsu. "Fuuton:Daitoppa (Great Breakthrough) Rikuo did this for one reason as the wind caught the flames from the Explosion it Caused the wind to turn into a massive fire ball aimed at both the Clone and Kari. Rikuo knew that Kari could avoid it easily her clone how ever wouldn't be as lucky Rikuo landed ready to keep fighting Kari with a smile.

[Hikari Mi]

Kari jumped back into a tree as the explosion hit with a force that it was obivous her clone was destroyed. It was a bit suckish seeing as the girl had worked hard on making that clone and he blew it up with little to no consideration of her work.

Ram, dog and monket handsigns would be repeated to create another mirror since the one on the field was shattered from the explosion earlier. This time Kari exerted more chakra to make it more durable before sliding out the tree making the signs to form two more clones as they landed right next to her smiling.

"That was pretty cool!"

The mirror would shift to another location as Hikari made the ram sign as both her clones rushed towards him. It was going to be hard to locate because of its reflective nature. Within five seconds Kari was infront of her clones throwing a punch and following up with a kick as her clones used the crystal needles jutsu.

[Rikuo Namikaze]

Rikuo couldn't help but blink as Kari made another two clones and they all seemed to have a very similar thought and that was to give Rikuo a beating Rikuo sighed slightly as he dropped into te humming bird stance so that he could be fast on is feat and still cause a lot of damage to any oppenat that he was forced to face in a taijutsu match. Rikuo wasn't stupid though he knew that his little Explosive tag trick wouldn't work twice on Kari she was smarter then that but Rikuo had a lot of other tricks that he could use to try and gain an advantage over his Girl friend. Rikuo leaned out of the way of the punch and as he leaned jumped back to avoid the kick that followed it when he noticed the needles comeing towards his and he reacted quickly.

Rikuo jumped back using his speed to jump out of the way of a few and bringing his kunai out to knock a few out of the path that wouls allow them to hit him but winced as a few of them struck his shoulder and legs before he was able to get behind the tree he was using before to block the rest of the needles. Rikuo didn't wait their though and kept moveing so that he could engage Kari at a range rather then up close and personal as her jutsu were more effective at that range. It was one of the many things that Rikuo had noticed from the many times the two of them had spared and Rikuo flashed through and seals as he was done his hand seals he inhaled ready to launch his Jutsu at Kari's clones. "Fuuton:Shinkuuha (Vacuum Wave)" Rikuo said this exhaleing the breath sending several blades of wind aimed at Kari and her clones each one was capable of sliceing through even an Anbu's armor if they hit so he hoped Kari would dodge intime and maybe he would get lucky and take out her clones.

[Hikari Mi]

Kari would smile a bit at his reaction to her clones. All three would evade the jutsu with ease before she and her clones pushed themselves off the tree trunks as her hands made a a few handseals at lightning speed.

"Crystal Release Crystal Shuriken!"

The clone to her right would burst into several Shuirken heading words Rikuo at highspeeds as the other clone did the same right after him giving him little room to even evade them all. A few of the needles had already hit him so Kari wondered how much his body would handle until it gave him. The match would be fun though, sparing with him made verything much more interesting.

[Rikuo Namikaze]

Rikuo had to admit that it didn't shock him that Kari had been able to avoid his Jutsu but he had at least hoped that he would be able to slow down or take out one of her clones and Rikuo decided it was enough fun and games if she wanted to play with him he would only show her a few cards that were in his hand Rikuo smiled dodgeing the Shurikan that she sent after him with the Speed and grace that his clan was famous for before he made a Cross like handseal and he called out the name to one of his newest Jutsu's "Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Shadow Clone Jutsu)

There was a poof of smoke and beside Rikuo formed a Perfect copy of him and both of them looked at Kari with the Standard Namikaze grin before they both Charged at her theur hands hanging beside her as they closed the distance between them. Rikuo was ready to take their spar up a level as he knew that Kari would be able to handle it with ease she wasn't just a pretty face after all she was a strong ninja and was ready to go all out against him. Rikuo had to admit the needles in him were bothering him but he would find a moment during their battle to remove them if he had to but other then that he wouldn't go down with out a fight Girlfreind or not he would make her work for her victory.

[Hikari Mi]

Kari smirked seeing his clone, this just made her more excited about the match at hand. She cracked her neck then her back and sighed relieved as he started running towards her. This was going to be a little tricky at what Kari was going to pull off.

As him and his clone approached her and her two clones. The ram sign was made once again as two more clones appeared from another location and jumped out the bushes trying to hit Rikuo's shadow clone catching him off guard.

Kari herself had pulled out a Kunai waiting for the real Rikuo to approach her. It was a bit surprising he was willing to come close range seeing as that would give her a bit of an advantage. Then again this guy always had something up his sleeve. So Kari was pretty anxious to see what it was.

[Rikuo Namikaze]

Rikuo had to admit he didn't really see this plan ending the way he hoped it would but at least he would be able to stop Kari from rainning long range Jutsu's down on him and he had to admit that was a good thing but Rikuo couldn't allow her to just beat him with ease so when her Clones jumped out to attack his Own the Original Rikuo jumped back pulling a Few Shuriken out of his pouch as he Jumped back and his clone drew it's Chakra blades to get ready to defend it's self from her clones as Rikuo threw his Shuriken towards Kari and her clones and he had to hope she was as quick as she seemed for what he was about to do next.

Rikuo threw the Shuriken in his hands and as they left and he flew through a seires of handseals ready to use the Jutsu on Kari and he hoped that she could dodge it in time and that he Clone's couldn't. Rikuo called out the name of the Jutsu with a slight shout "Shuriken Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Shuriken Shadow Clone Jutsu) Rikuo watched as the Three Shuirken that he had thrown quickly turned into a few Hundred of them in the blink of an eye as they headed towards Kari and he Clones and Rikuo grined slightly as his Clone Shunshihed back beside it's creator to avoid the attack and it Shot Rikuo a look. "A LITTLE WARNING NEXT TIME BOSS?" Rikuo looked over at the Clone with a sheepish Grin "My bad but hey your me so it should have been easy for you to avoid them."

Kari would raise a eyebrow at seeing her boyfriend make the handseals then groan a bit when realizing what those handseals were. She had to think quick seeing as time was limited here. The next jutsu she was going to use made her glad that it only required one handsign.

Displaying the ram once again Kari looked at the barrage of shuriken heading her way. "Crystal Release: Crimson fruit!" Instead of her aiming the technique at the target she concealled herself withing the dome of crystal as the Kunia took their hits. Some had lodged into the crystal while others seem to bounce off.

As the last few shuriken attempted to make their mark Kari was catching her breath inside the dome, he hadn't landed a hit but for some reason exhaustion started wearing her down. Between the mirror constantly changing locations around the spar, the clones, and performing a few more of her jutsu it was finally starting to wear down on her.

She would look at Rikuo and stick her tongue out before giggling and making a clone out of the mirror everytime is switched locations, the other two clones that were caught in the rain of shuriken had been destroyed no doubt. When the last one was made and surrounded her, Rikuo, and his clone Kari she had them dispursted immediately. "Crystal Release: Crystal Needles" The clones burst into thin needles while some had attempted to lock Rikuo in his place causing him to get hit by the needles head on, that was if he did get trapped.

That was it for Kari that last technique pushed her to her limit she had fell back and the dome shattered around her while she laid there catching her breath. Her ice blue eyes looking up at the sky as the last needle flew over her head.

[Rikuo Namikaze]

Rikuo had to admit he was impressed when Kari was able to stop his jutsu with ease and he had to admit that he blood line kept impresseing him with it though he had to admit it was slightly annoying when you looked at it from the point of view of an oppenat and not of the one from a boyfriend point of view. Rikuo panted slightly as his jutsu hit but he quickly made another shadow clone as Kari's clones moved to attack and his own went to face her own with their Blades ready as Rikuo droped into an attack stance. Rikuo noticed that Kari seemed tired and he guessed that her training and there battle was takening it's toll on her and he had to admit he felt bad about running her raged like this but it would help her out in the long run.

Rikuo and seen her stick her tounge out at him and his eye's widend at what happened next and her clones turned into hundreds of those damn crystal needles and Rikuo had to move quickly and with a Quckhand sign Rikuo vansished in a swirl of leaves useing his speed to move away from the attack and behind Kari. Rikuo's arms shot out and caught Kari as she fell and he sat on his butt moveing with her so she would be resting against his body rather then on the ground were she would have landed if he hadn't have caught her and he smiled as he pulled Kari onto his lap as she Caught her breath with a grin on his face as he did so. "Nicely done Kari-Chan your getting Stronger all the time Hime" Rikuo said this and leaned down and kissed her on the forhead letting her know just how proud he was of her and that he was thier while she recoved from her training
