Sora No Hi

Name: Sora No Hi (Fire of Sky)

Type: Ninjutsu
Requires: Uchiha Clan, Fire Element
Description: The user uses a mix of willpower but mostly Chakra to send a large ball of fire into the sky by mouth. Once it disperses clouds will form and white fire will start raining from the sky. The fire is white and the temperature is much hotter than the normal flames the Uchiha are able to use. The fire solely targets the opponents in the match leaving the user unscathed. Anything that is hit by this technique is severely burned if hit head-on.
Special: The fire storm lasts for a certain amount of time according to the user's rank.

- How is the ball of fire sent to the sky? Mouth or the hands?
- Five turns? Seems a little excessive to me... How does this sound?
